Four ways in

Pick how guests get online. Change it whenever you like.

A café wants emails. A hotel wants to know who's in room 214. A conference wants exhibitors on a code and everyone else paying. Each access point can run a different login page, so one account covers all of it.

Lead form

Starter+

Name and email in, guest online. Consent is a separate tick box, never pre-ticked.

Access code

Starter+

One code on the chalkboard, or a batch with usage limits. Turn any code off in a click.

Username login

Plus+

Accounts for staff, residents or rooms. Send the invite from the dashboard.

Paid access

Pro

Hourly, daily or weekly packages. Card or PayPal, and the guest is online as soon as it clears.

Verified opt-ins

An email list without the [email protected] entries.

Most WiFi forms collect whatever people type to get past them. Ours asks guests who tick the marketing box to confirm, with a six-digit code or a link sent to their inbox.

The guest is online either way. The difference is what you can trust: confirmed addresses, each with the time consent was given, ready to show if anyone asks.

How WiFi email capture works

Seasonal themes

Christmas on the login page. Without anyone remembering to do it.

Themes switch on and off by date. Christmas and New Year, Valentine's, Easter, Halloween, Ramadan and Eid, plus spring and summer looks for the long stretches in between. UK bank holiday dates come straight from GOV.UK. Your logo and colours stay put.

Campaigns

Write to the people who were actually in.

Start from a ready-made template, schedule it, and send it to guests who opted in. A welcome email can go out on its own the moment someone confirms.

Templates

  • Welcome offer (20% off) On sign-up
  • Weekend drop (new specials) Scheduled
  • Birthday treat Scheduled
  • Valentine’s special Scheduled

Built for UniFi

Your controller handles the radio. We handle the page.

CaptureWiFi is a hosted external portal server. Your UniFi hotspot sends guests to us, we show the right page for that access point, and when they're done we tell your controller to let them on. No box to install. No server to patch.

UniFi setup, step by step
  1. 1

    Phone joins your guest SSID

UniFi holds it at the hotspot and redirects to CaptureWiFi.

  2. 2

    Guest sees your page

The landing page tied to that access point, in your branding, in this week’s theme.

  3. 3

Guest signs in, pays or enters a code

Details and consent are saved against your venue.

  4. 4

    Controller authorises the device

We call your controller’s API. The guest is online for the time you set.

Pricing

Prices on the page. Not after a sales call.

Questions

The things people ask first

Something else? Ask us.

What is guest WiFi marketing?
It means using the login page on your customer WiFi to learn who your guests are and stay in touch with them. A guest joins your network, sees a page in your branding, leaves a name and email (or enters a code, or pays), and gets online. You end up with a list of real visitors who said yes to hearing from you.
Do I need new WiFi hardware?
Not if you already run Ubiquiti UniFi. CaptureWiFi works as an external portal server for UniFi controllers, so your existing access points keep doing the radio work. If you are on other kit, talk to us before you buy anything.
Is collecting emails through WiFi GDPR compliant?
It can be, if consent is freely given and recorded. Marketing consent on our login page is a separate, optional tick box. Guests who tick it confirm their address with a code or link, and the time of consent is stored against their record.
How much does it cost?
Starter is £39.99 a month, Plus is £59 and Pro is £109.99. Paying yearly works out at roughly two months free. Full details are on the pricing page.
Can I run more than one venue?
Yes. Each access point can point at its own landing page, so a group can run different branding per site from one account.
