Is there a setup fee?
Not on Starter or Plus. Pro may include implementation support depending on your network.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe or by PayPal. Larger groups can ask about paying by invoice.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There are no long contracts and no cancellation fee. Your service runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Do I need special hardware?
You need a UniFi network. CaptureWiFi runs as the external portal server for your UniFi controller.
