Packages you define
Name it, price it, set how long it lasts. An hour for the airport-style visitor, a week for the long stay.
Payment on the page
Stripe card checkout and PayPal, inside the portal. No separate shop, no link sent to a phone that isn’t online yet.
Online straight away
A successful payment authorises the device on your UniFi controller for the package length.
Codes for the rest
Staff, regulars and exhibitors get access codes with their own limits and expiry dates.
Refunds in a click
Something went wrong? Refund from the dashboard. Every transaction is listed and exportable.
Mix and match
Free with an email in the lobby, paid in the rooms. Each access point runs its own page.
Where it fits
Paid WiFi makes sense when the connection is part of the product.
Hotels with a fast tier above the free one. Holiday parks where a week’s pass is easier than a password on the fridge. Events where premium access is part of the ticket.
For a café it usually doesn’t. There, the email is worth more than the two pounds. Pro lets you do both, and decide per access point.
