How it works

From UniFi controller to live login page in three steps.

There’s nothing to install at the venue. Your UniFi network sends guests to CaptureWiFi, we show them your page, and your controller lets them on.

    Connect

    We add your UniFi controller to your account using a login you create for us. Then your guest network’s hotspot points at CaptureWiFi as its external portal, with our address allowed before login.

    Design

    Pick a template, add your logo and colours, and choose how guests get online: a form, a code, a username or a payment. Map each access point to the page it should show.

    Go live

    Join the guest network on your phone and you’ll see your page. Sign in and the controller authorises you. From then on every login shows up in your visit log.

What do I need to set up?
A UniFi controller with a guest network, and an account on it for CaptureWiFi. We help you point the hotspot’s external portal at us and allow our address before login.
Do I need to install software?
No. There is nothing to install at the venue. The portal and the dashboard are hosted.
How long are guests online for?
You set it. The authorisation length is part of the setup, and paid packages carry their own duration.
